Check out all the info below! When ready to register, click on Adult Basketball above and select registration, or go to the Adult Basketball registration page ( https://legendssportsleagues.demosphere.com/adult-basketball/registration) and click on the Individual Player Registration or Team Registration link.

 

Anticipated Divisions (may be merged as needed):

 

30+ A/B/C             (DEPENDING ON REGISTRATION NUMBERS!)

40+ A/B/C

50+ A/B/C             (DEPENDING ON REGISTRATION NUMBERS!)

 

- Under 30+ players will be placed in the 40+ Division as needed (they will be placed in the proper sub-division, A, B, or C, based on their skill).

- Father-son combinations are permitted, and a son of any age can play with their father in the father's assigned division (NOTE: players and teams will be re-assigned as warranted based on the skill level of the son).

- If there are not enough 30+ teams for a dedicated division all registered 30+ individuals & teams will be placed in the 40+A Division to start with.

General Info:

 

The TENATIVE SCHEDULE (subject to change) is below:

• Gyms most likely ones we had in the past - Madison, Marshall HS, Justice HS, Oakton HS, South Lakes HS, and Jackson MS.  Others may also be used as needed. 
• Rosters and schedules will be sent no later than the Thursday before Opening Night. Teams are scheduled to play 8-10 games, depending on the school permit, which includes playoff games.
• All teams make the playoffs! Consolation games will be schedule for teams that lose in the playoffs.
• All games will be played on Sundays from 5 to 9pm start times.

Season Costs

Per Player Registration

CONTINUED REDUCED COST FOR NEW LEGENDS PLAYERS!

Want to try Legends but don't have a lot of $?  No problem, we want to make it happen for you!  Your first season registration is HALF PRICE! (about $90!)  How can you go wrong?  Then in subsequent seasons, join with a team to get lower costs - See Team Registrations below!

*** If you are a new player to Legends and are registering as an individual, please email the Legends Commissioner at ll@playlegends.com for the new individual registration discount code to use when you sign up.

 

CREDIT FOR NEW PLAYERS REFERRED TO LEGENDS!

New to Legends, for every new player you bring to the league you get a $25 credit to be used the following season! The more players you refer, the more credits you get! So bring your friends, family, coworkers, neighbors, and anyone else you know to the fun and give yourself a deserved break on your next season's cost!

 

Regular costs include a $179 registration fee and a one-time $70 uniform cost for first-season players.  These high quality uniforms are used from season to season, and only need to be purchased once. 

 

A $30 out-of-county fee will also be charged for non-Fairfax County residents. This is a requirement of the county because the facilities being used are paid for by Fairfax County tax dollars.  Legends subsidizes this fee for you, as the county charges Legends $35.

 

There is a $35 Late Fee if registering after August 30, 2025

Team Registration

 

Returning Legends Teams: $1,150 (regardless of number of players, so the more players you have, the lower the cost per player).     

 

New Legends Teams: $900 (first time teams get 20% off the registration fee... TO BE CONSIDERED A NEW TEAM YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST SIX (6) PLAYERS NEW TO LEGENDS!!!)

*** If you are going to register a team that is new to Legends please email the Legends Commissioner at ll@playlegends.com for the new team registration discount code to use when you sign up.                         

 

NOTE: If a new team decides to purchase their own uniforms, they must be approved by the league prior to purchase. AND YOU MUST HAVE IDENTICAL JERSEYS AND SHORTS!  There is also a $150 extra fee since no Legends uniforms will be purchased.

Other Important Team Registration info:

1. $70 for each new uniform needed will be charged during individual registrations (new teams can bring own league-approved uniforms - contact us for details)
2. Teams may have as many players as desired
3. Team registration and payment must be within 3 weeks of the start of the season

4. There is a $100 Late Fee for teams registering after August 30, 2025
